Once we are able to identify the meaning of success, it would be easy to structure or strategise your business plan. Because this meaning of success for you will guide you of what you need to do.

Where do you want to be in the next 12 months? or in the next 3 years?

One of the major factors in making business strategic plan is setting a definite deadline in achieving it. You can’t just plan with a timeline. A timeline is what will determine the effectiveness of your plan. It will also be your guide for you to know if you are doing a good job or if you are on the right direction.  Timeline is very critical in business planning.

What do you want your business to look like?

Not all businesses are alike. They follow a specific models that is applicable to their business. As a business owner, you should visualize what kind of business do you want to build. What is your exit strategy?

When you decide to have a business, be ready for setbacks that you will encounter along the way. Having a business is not easy.
